Located on the 1st floor regarding the street, under the owner's house, it is a small pied-à-terre decorated in a marine spirit, with 2 terraces at disposal. It consists of a living room with sofa bed 130x190cm (2 additional extra beds possible), coffee table, flat screen TV 80cm, orange box channels and DVD player. Open equipped kitchen with induction hob, extractor hood, combined oven / microwave, small refrigerator, dishwasher 45cm and bar with 2 high stools. Separate sleeping area closed with a double bed 140x190cm, large wardrobe, in an alcove, boat cabin atmosphere. Small bathroom a little bit higher (4 steps) with shower 70x90cm, sink and toilet. Small laundry / cellar accessible from the terrace with freezer. 2 terraces, one adjoining the gite of 12 m² with garden furniture and barbecue, the second at the same level has an independent access from the parking, measures about 20 m² with sunbathing chairs.
