Halfway between Alpilles and Luberon, Cygale is an independent house located in a residential development close to the shops. Its proximity to the main road axis of the village allows quick access to the surrounding tourist sites: Pont Royal international golf course, Barben Zoo and Rocher Mistral, regional natural parks of the Alpilles and Luberon, Aix en Provence, Avignon and Salon from Provence. The house can accommodate 6 to 8 people and offers a beautiful outdoor space with shaded terrace, swimming pool and parking.

On one level, the house is composed of:
- Large day room with corner sofa, coffee table, curved screen connected TV, pellet stove, wall cupboard, table and benches, bay window onto the terrace.
- Kitchen open to the living room with bar: equipped with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.
- Cellar overlooking the back of the house with storage space, washing machine and additional freezer.
- 2 bedrooms with high double beds (1 140x190cm bed and 1 160x200cm bed), cupboards and desks.
- 1 bedroom with 160x200cm bed and cupboard.
- Large office with bookcase, convertible sofa 140x190cm.
- Bathroom with bathtub, Italian shower, double sink, towel dryer.
- Independent WC.

Shaded terrace with garden furniture, private swimming pool 6x3m (depth up to 1.80m) secured by alarm, open from April to October (weather permitting). Garage for storage. Possibility of parking 3 vehicles on the property closed by gate.
Possibility of 2 additional beds in the office: €20/day/additional person.
Pets accepted (collection of droppings and deposit of €50).

Electric heating + pellet stove (included). End of stay cleaning extra. Sheets and towels extra.
