Chez Pat and Dom

A stone's throw from the city center of Aix-en-Provence, in the Aix countryside, Patricia and Dominique welcome you to their gite located on the ground floor of their villa. You will share with them the exteriors: garden and swimming pool. The cottage is composed, on the ground floor, of:
- Living room with lounge (sofa bed, armchair, pouf, flat screen TV and board games), dining area in front of the fireplace (wood provided) for 6 people, bench around the fireplace. Kitchen open to the living room via a bar, equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and Senseo pod coffee maker.
- Laundry room with washing machine and household utensils.
- Bathroom with bath, basin and heated towel rail.
- Independent WC.
- 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, wardrobe and chair.
- 2nd bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm, chair, wardrobe and small storage unit. On the 1st floor, 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, mirror, small storage unit and end of bed. Swimming pool shared with the owners 10x5m, max depth 2.2m, accessible from May 1 to October 31 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Private parking on the property. Included: fuel heating, wood for the fireplace, end of stay cleaning and wifi (fiber). Optional sheets and towels kit. Possibility of aquagym lessons on request as a paying option (5 people minimum, by reservation). The location of this accommodation allows you to quickly access all the major tourist sites of Provence, the Calanques, the Camargue... You benefit from the proximity of the city of Aix-en-Provence while avoiding its nuisances and enjoying the birdsong!
