In the heart of the Alpilles, 1.5 km from Maussane les Alpilles, "La Bastide de Luson" is a beautiful farmhouse completely independent on 9000 m² of enclosed land, with fruit trees, flowers and shrubs, pine trees. It has its private secured swimming pool (4 m x 8 m - Depth 1.40 m), a bowling alley, a covered terrace with garden furniture, terrace shaded under a pergola, pool house in front of the pool.
On the ground floor, opening onto the terrace, large living / dining room with relaxation area (sofa), flat screen TV, dining area. The kitchen is open on this living room : oven, microwave, ceramic hob, US fridge, dishwasher, small appliances. Laundry room with washing machine, bathroom (shower), separate wc, storage room.
Upstairs, a large landing serves 3 bedrooms facing south over the terrace : 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160x200 and 140x190) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200). Shower room, bin room, separate wc. The must: a terrace of 20 m² with a magnificent view of the Alpilles ... It will be good to spend a moment in the evening at sunset!
