This 18th-century country house has been home to the same family for seven generations. Located just a few minutes from the historic centre of Aix-en-Provence, it offers several apartments for rent.

This 125m² apartment with 5 bedrooms is a duplex located on the 3rd and 4th floors of La Bastide. With its breathtaking view of Aix and Sainte-Victoire, this very bright apartment consists of a large living room with an open kitchen.

On the lower floor, you will find a bedroom with a single bed (90 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a large dressing room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, pyrolysis oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster and coffee maker).

The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi and fibre optic TV, reversible air conditioning upstairs and gas heating downstairs.
