Apartment surrounded by nature on the ground floor of the Domaine de Ballore bastide with shared swimming pool 16x8m, between Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and Aubagne.

Domaine Ballore is located in the heart of nature on the heights of Simiane Collongue, at the foot of the Pilon du Roi, halfway between Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and Aubagne. On the ground floor of the owner's bastide, the Ballore gîte is accessible by a few steps and a balcony. It is composed :
- a living room with round table and 4 chairs, sofa, coffee table, pouf, flat screen TV and French window to the balcony
- a kitchen with high table and high stools. Equipped with a large fridge, independent freezer, 3 induction rings, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave
- two bedrooms with 140x190cm bed, one of the two has large wall cupboards, the second has cupboards in the hallway
- a bathroom with walk-in walk-in shower, double washbasin with vanity unit, private washing machine The terrace with pergola is opposite the cottage, and has a barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs. The domain of several hectares is accessible to guests, as well as its large swimming pool of 16x8m (depth of 1 to 2.5m) open from 10 am to 6.30 pm. The common areas (orchard, ping pong table, badminton, swimming pool) are shared with the owners and two studios.
Private parking on the property. Municipal educational farm and departure of hiking and mountain biking trails 500m away. Cleaning, sheets and towels included.
