A green space in the heart of Marseille's 10th arrondissement.
Formerly a bourgeois mansion, then owned by the City of Marseille, the Parc de la Pintade is now a departmental space that has been requalified as a functional urban park.
Surrounded by the Saint-Tronc stadium, rue François-Maurice and the extended boulevard Icard. The local urban development plan could have allowed for a vast real estate project. But it was decided otherwise.
This new intergenerational living space, adapted to everyone's needs and desires, will enable the whole family to enjoy outdoor sports and a breath of fresh air in a natural environment.
This new 2-hectare green space is equipped with play areas, motorized structures and even a zip-line.
Adults can enjoy a fitness area and a fitness trail.
Dogs are also catered for, with a canine sports circuit.
