This palace is a realization of the architect Auguste Martin (1862). Its classical façade is preceded by a vast esplanade.
On the pediment, the allegory of Justice is due to the sculptor Eugène Guillaume. He is also responsible for the reliefs representing the protective and repressive Justice.
