New identity, same passion! The Food in Sud trade show is changing its name to Sirha Méditerranée, becoming part of the Sirha Food ecosystem. This name change marks a renewed ambition: to make Marseille the essential meeting place for professionals in the Mediterranean restaurant, hotel and lifestyle industries.
Sirha Méditerranée has established itself as a strategic platform for capturing trends, creating business opportunities and showcasing Mediterranean know-how, in a setting that remains as friendly and inspiring as ever.
What's more, on March 15 and 16, Marseille will host the European selection of the Bocuse d'Or, the prestigious international culinary competition.
For two days, the Parc Chanot will be the setting for this exceptional competition, during which twenty of the continent's finest chefs will vie with each other in creativity to earn their ticket to the grand world final, scheduled to take place in Lyon in January 2027.
The competition will be held alongside Sirha Méditerranée, formerly Food'in Sud, a new trade show dedicated to the hotel, restaurant and lifestyle industries. A crossroads of innovation and expertise, the event brings together 290 producers, craftsmen, equipment suppliers and emerging talents from all around the Mediterranean.
