Authentic activities

Ideally located on the quays of the Vieux-Port, the Musée du Savon de Marseille signed by the Savonnerie de la Licorne welcomes you to the heart of a historic site inside the former Arsenal des Galères built by Louis XIV.
Saponification, grinding, plodding, cutting…our guide explains the different stages in the manufacture of Savon de Marseille in our workshop, with demonstrations of how our machines work.
At the end of our demonstration workshop, it’s up to you! Personalize your own soap with your own logo, for example. Total duration of the demonstration and personalization workshop: approx. 30 minutes for 20 people.

Welcome to your home. Welcome to our family. Welcome to our cottage.
The sweet smell of fish soup, the clink of ice cubes in Pastis, the view of the sea, and the tranquility of a cove. Paradise? Not far off…
You’ll be greeted by our “cabanonier”, who will have simmered the bouillabaisse a few hours before your arrival. Alongside him, we’ll have prepared the table with great attention to detail, organized the tour of the calanque or prepared the pétanque tournament. A meal at the cabanon is an extraordinary experience in the truest sense of the word. It’s an intoxicating human adventure. Quite simply, it’s a hymn to human relations.
