What to do around Aix-en-Provence

Visit the Sainte-Victoire mountain

Put on your trainers and set off to climb the Sainte-Victoire mountain. Many paths lead to the Croix de Provence, with varying degrees of difficulty. You can go through the Barrage de Bimont, a large area on the west side of the mountain, or you can start from one of the small villages at the foot of the mountain, like Puyloubier for example. Once up there the view is magnificent!

Visit the vineyards of Aix-en-Provence

The Pays d’Aix is also known for its many wine estates, especially for rosé wine. Admire the vineyards as far as the eye can see and take the opportunity to taste the wine, and why not buy a bottle of wine as a souvenir!
