We will meet in front of the entrance of Parc Chanot (metro station Rond-point du Prado on line 2) at 8:40 to take public transport together (at 8:55 at the latest) taking us to the meeting point of the hike.
We will start with a shady path uphill before finally ending with a more sun-exposed way during the descent that will lead us to the cove. It is during different steps on the trail that I will introduce you to some of the local flora of the day.
Depending on your questions, the walk and swim/snack break will also be sprinkled with nutrition and lifestyle tips so that you can leave the day with additional general natural health tips applicable to everyday life.
The way back will be different than the one to go, it will begin with a period of mineral ascent and other magnificent panoramas, before ending with the crossing of a forest on a flat path where I will introduce you to still other local plants.
It is on the way back that there will be different interludes of educational poetry such as slams summarizing the benefits of plants encountered on the way and other tips in natural health, as the physical and psychological benefits of walking in nature (to name just a few!). In two words: naturopathic lessons put into rhymes and flow (but at the moment, the english version of my hike only contains a single poetic piece of 4-5 minutes about hike in calanques and natural health).
If the group agrees (has enough time and energy), I will propose to make a detour to another point of view to admire a magnificent additional panorama.
There will also be other surprises that you will have to discover on the spot, so do not hesitate to come and discover Provence, naturopathy and slam with me, all in the same day!
