Regulations: coach traffic in the city centre

CONSIDERING metropolitan decree no. 22/131/CM of 28 June 2022 creating a low-emission mobility zone (ZFE-m) in the extended city centre of Marseille.
CONSIDERING that as part of the implementation of a zone restricting the movement of tourist coaches, it is necessary to regulate traffic:

Article 1: Touring coaches are banned from the following streets:
-Place de Lenche
-Avenue de Saint-Jean (between rue de la Loge and rue Caisserie)
-Esplanade de la Tourette
-Parvis Saint-Laurent
-Rue Bonneterie
-Rue Caisserie
-Rue Coutellerie
-Rue Mery
-Rue Saint Laurent
-Quai du Port (between rue Henri Tasso and rue de la République)
-Rue Grand Rue
-Rue de la Loge (between rue Henri Tasso and rue de la Coutellerie).

This ban does not apply to
School transport coaches, RTM vehicles and tourist operators with a public domain occupation agreement granting them one or more parking spaces, which can only be accessed via a route using one or more of the roads concerned.

Article 2: Touring coaches are authorised to use the following roads or parts of roads:
-Avenue de Saint Jean (between Quai du Port and rue de la Loge)
-Rue de la Loge (between avenue de Saint Jean and rue Henri Tasso)
-Rue Henri Tasso (between rue de la Loge and Quai du Port)
-Quai du Port (between rue Henri Tasso and avenue Vaudoyer), and in this direction.
