V – Retention period for personal data

In accordance with current legislation, OMTCM will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the above purposes. At the end of the retention period mentioned below, your personal data will be deleted and/or archived and/or made anonymous. Your personal data will be kept for up to three (3) years after our last contact or the last purchase of a product and/or use of a service from OMTCM.
