Noticed by Louis XIV in 1682, Dalloyau's "Officiers de Bouche" will amaze the Court of Versailles until the French Revolution. In 1802, the Dalloyau family founded the first House of Gastronomy at 101, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, in Paris.
