On one level, the cottage for 4 people is composed of:
- Living room with dining area, 2 corner sofas and large 106cm flat screen connected TV
- Independent kitchen. (4-burner ceramic hob, hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combined oven/microwave and small dining area)
- 1st ch. yellow (1 bed 140x190cm, dressing cupboards, safe, desk and chair)
- 2nd ch. blue (2 bunk beds 90x190cm, wardrobe, desk and chest)
- Bathroom (bath, shower, double sink and mirror)
- Small pantry (household utensils and laundry)
- Independent WC (hand basin)
- 2 verandas: "green" with bar with Nescafé pod coffee maker, 4 high stools, Moroccan lounge, small dining area for 2, amphora. Zen with bookcase, chest, relaxation chair and pouf

1 independent studio for 2 people is also rented in addition to the gîte (supplement of €370/week in May and June, €430/week in July and August, cleaning supplement €40). The studio overlooks the swimming pool and includes 1 equipped kitchen, 1 dining area, 1 sofa, 1 double bed on the mezzanine, bathroom with multi-jet walk-in shower, WC and veranda

Gym with full weight machine, walk-in shower and sink, sauna, stereo and heated towel rack
Private terrace 15 m² with garden furniture and barbecue/gas plancha, private outdoor space of approximately 100 m² shaded without any vis-à-vis
Private swimming pool 10x5m, depth 1.7m. 1 daily cleaning is provided by the owners in the morning

Sheets, towels and heating included. End of stay cleaning extra. Parking on the closed property, wifi. 6Ha fitness trail and children's games opposite, gentle path 5 minutes' walk away allowing you to reach the beach in 10 minutes
