Adjoining the owner's house, you will have your own private outdoor space.
Located on the first floor, you will reach the gîte after a few steps (no accommodation on the ground floor).
A large terrace not overlooked borders the gîte and overlooks your large terraced garden of 1200m² decorated with pines and olive trees.

This 140m² house with high ceilings consists of:
- an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, water bar, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine etc.) open to a large living room with a table and 6 chairs, two sofas, a TV and a chimney.
An office area is also installed where you can directly connect to the internet by cable if you wish.

- a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a desk
First floor :
- a large mezzanine open to the living room with an additional 120x190 extra bed
- a toilet
- a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, wardrobe, private terrace and its private bathroom with corner bathtub and vanity unit

Animals are accepted upon validation by the owner.
