On the first floor accessible by the living rooms:
- two bedrooms with 140x190 bed, shower open to the bedroom and toilet with closed washbasin.

- a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet, accessible via the corridor or the bedroom
On the first floor accessible via the living room, the hall leads to:
- the master bedroom with a 180x200 bed
- a dressing room
