On two levels, the bright and spacious house, usually the main residence of the owner, is composed as follows:
- Kitchen open to the dining room, equipped with oven, 4 gas burners, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. French window to the terrace.
- Large dining room / living room with 10-seater table, 3 sofas, armchairs, desk.
- Separate toilet with washbasin.
On a half-level: a children's bedroom with 3 90x190cm beds, wardrobe, board games, books and children's toys.
Upstairs:
- TV corner with trundle bed / sofa.
- 4 bedrooms, one with a 160x200cm bed and 3 with 140x190cm beds.
- Shower room with shower, sink.
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Outside, you will enjoy the terrace and the unfenced garden, with a view of a field of olive trees. Private 12x6m swimming pool secured by a barrier, covered terrace with garden furniture, plancha, solar shower and cold shower. Swing, trampoline, pond with goldfish. At the back of the house, possibility of parking several vehicles on the property.
