Large studio with mezzanine 37 m² for 2 people in ground floor villa with terrace and barbecue, located 500 m from downtown and the port, 600 m from the beach and 400 m from the train station.

In the seaside resort of Carry le Rouet, on the Côte Bleue, beautiful house on the heights of the town, on enclosed grounds (automatic gate). The 2-person gîte (possibility of 4) is on the ground floor of the villa, not overlooked, with private outdoor space (garden furniture and gas barbecue). The studio is very bright and spacious, and tastefully decorated in contemporary tones of white and gray. Kitchenette with ceramic hob, combi microwave, upscale lounge area (corner sofa) with flat-screen TV. Sleeping area on the mezzanine with 140x190 bed (ceiling height 1.40 m) or pull-out bed (very good 140x190 bedding) in the main room. Shower room. WC. Washing machine in garage. Wifi access. Bed linen, towels and heating (electric) included. Garage for bicycles. Cot and high chair on request. Housework on request (30?). You're both in town (accessible on foot by footpath) and in the countryside (overlooking the surrounding hills), for the sea, the port of Carry le Rouet and the beach a 5-minute walk away, or discovering the region, Marseille less than 30 minutes away. The "sentier des douaniers" (customs path) runs the length of the Côte Bleue for pleasant strolls.
