La Pinède

Jimmy and his dog Puck welcome you to their gite! La Pinède is a small independent house located on the land of the owners. It has a covered terrace and an enclosed private courtyard with garden furniture, gas griddle and relaxation lounge.

On one level, the cottage is composed of:
- A living room with high ceilings, dining area with corner bench seat and 2 chairs, fitted kitchen open to the living room with 4-burner gas hob, microwave, small fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and Senseo pod coffee maker . Living room with convertible sofa bed (possibility of 2 additional extra beds for children), flat screen TV and bluetooth connected sound tower.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, wardrobe with cupboards, direct access to the terrace.
- A bathroom with Italian type shower 120x90cm, basin and washing machine.
- Independent WC.

Private covered terrace 10 m² with garden furniture, private enclosed courtyard 35 m² with relaxation lounge and gas plancha. Darts game.
Spaces and equipment shared with the owners: free access to the pine forest (3000 m²), ping-pong table, pétanque court and 8x4m swimming pool, depth 1.4m.

Sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning included. Animals accepted free of charge (2 animals max).
