Ideally located in the countryside, 2 km from the centre of Eygalières and 8km from St Remy de Provence, "Max's House" is a totally independent cottage. Large private garden of 2 hectares and private pool. On the ground floor :

-A bedroom with 1 bed 2 people 160x200cm, private walk-in shower and basin.
-A bedroom with 4 beds 1 person 90x190cm.
-A bedroom with 2 beds 1 person 90x190cm.
-Bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.

Private terraces on the 1st floor and on the ground floor with garden furniture, barbecue. Huge private garden of 2 hectares not enclosed. Parking under shelter on the property enclosed by a gate. Private pool secured by fence and perimeter alarm, dimension 11x4,5m, depth 1,4m, available from 01/04 to 31/10. Pool area of 4000 m² enclosed.
Air conditioning on the 1st floor. Electric heating (charged on real consumption). Sheets and towels optional (€ 15 by person). Pets allowed free of charge after prior agreement of the owner (maximum 2 pets). Baby equipment on demand (high chair and cot). Internet (wifi).
