- a second bedroom with 1 single bed 90x190cm, wardrobe and full-length mirror.
- bathroom with shower 70x70cm and basin.
- large separate toilet with basin and small laundry area (washing machine and household utensils). Private terrace covered under shelter, on the ground floor, with garden furniture, barbecue and ping-pong table. Private parking on the property. Common garden of 1200 m² with lawn and olive trees.
