La Bastidette

Between the Alpilles and the Luberon, La Bastidette is a large gîte located in the centre of a Provencal farmhouse, adjoining on either side the owner's daughter's home, and with a year-round rental. It can accommodate up to 7 people, and offers an authentic and comfortable decor. In summer, the plane tree will provide beautiful shade on the terrace, and air conditioning is installed in each bedroom as well as in the living room, for optimal comfort. Its location offers a starting point for discovering Provence: the Alpilles and Luberon parks are less than 5km away, Salon de Provence 15km away, and halfway between Avignon and Aix-en-Provence.

La Bastidette is divided into two levels. On the ground floor:
- Large living room with buffet, round table and chairs, staircase leading upstairs. Equipped kitchen with built-in oven at height, large worktop, dishwasher, washing machine, 4 gas burners, fridge/freezer, microwave, multi-pod coffee maker, monsieur cuisine.
- Living room with dining area: table and chairs, games table, sofas and TV (TNT).
- Separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- 3 double bedrooms with 140x190cm beds, storage and TV, one with a desk.
- 1 single bedroom with 90x190cm bed, table, chair, TV chest of drawers and clothes rack.
- Shower room with double sink, storage, Italian shower, towel dryer.

Outside, the semi-covered terrace is accessible from the two rooms on the ground floor. It is equipped with garden furniture, a barrel/bar with high stools, a gas plancha, and is shaded by a large plane tree.

Reversible air conditioning. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Baby equipment on request.
