On the first floor with access through the reception and breakfast room:
- Bedroom 4: 2 90x200 beds twinned into a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, TV and its bathroom with large walk-in shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and separate toilet
- Room 5 "The dormitory": 7 beds 90x200 and two bathrooms with walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet
