This 19th Century house which came into the Racine family hands in the 1980s is situated in a green setting just a step away from the beaches and the creeks. A few months ago Alice and William decided to build a hotel full of charm and to allow their guests to discover their everyday joys. Surrounded by greenery and passionate about gastronomy and wine, but also with couture and travels, they will share their passions with you.

Surrounded by greenery and passionate about gastronomy and wine, but also with couture and travels, they will share their passions with you.
You'll be given a warm welcome under the hundred year old Plane tree when arriving at this beautiful Marseille property. It's here under the veranda that you will get to taste the breakfasts imagined by Alice, or out on the terrace in the warm weather. The cosy lounge area of this charming house will welcome you to browse through a good book read, nestled in the heart of its large and comfortable Provence "radassier" . You'll discover here the guides and Beautiful books with which to prepare your stay in Marseille or to day dream about other places, regions and destinations inspired by William's past travels.
In the park surrounded by Oaks, you'll catch a glimpse of the creeks' hillsides, as if being called to come and discover the pathways to the Mediterranean. The park also harbors a swimming pool in which you can wind down after a long stroll in the sun around the Port of Marseille. You'll also find another secret which inspires the hotel's seasonal dishes a kitchen garden and an orchard soothed to the sound of the songs of nightingales and Blue tits.
The two hotel buildings blend in perfectly with the natural sun kissed Provence environment. They have been built with wooden and concrete materials privileging a good insulation and low energy consumption. The roofs have vegetated roofing which bring a natural coolness during summer. The floor heating distributes a soft warmth in winter. The ground floor rooms have terraces that incite relaxation. Those on the upper floor, more spacious, have an unspoiled view of the hillsides. The room interiors have been particularly well designed by the 5A decoration workshop, either Mediterranean or Trendy so that each room reflects the characteristics of the Racine family.
