Sylvie welcomes you to her farm in the countryside, with a view of the Alpilles, "Au coq qui chante", a gîte adjoining her own home. The cottage has a beautiful shaded and well-oriented private terrace, an enclosed gravelled courtyard with sun loungers of approximately 500 m² in total, an above-ground swimming pool and a plot of land at the rear of the cottage. petanque. On the property, Sylvie operates organic vegetable greenhouses.

The gîte is located on one level, raised, accessible via 9 small steps (half height). It is composed of :
- A living room with convertible leather corner sofa 140x190cm (with real mattress - 1 additional bed possible to reach a total capacity of 7 people), beanbags and flat screen TV. Dining area for 8 people. Equipped kitchen open to the living room with bar counter with high chairs, 3 gas and 1 electric burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and beautiful Delonghi coffee maker.
- 1st bedroom with 2 90x90x190cm beds that can be combined into 1 180x190cm bed, wardrobe and coat racks.
- 2nd bedroom with 3 90x90x190cm beds, wardrobes and coat racks.
- Bathroom with large walk-in shower with seat (width suitable for a wheelchair), double sink, bidet, heated towel rack and washing machine.
- Independent toilet with grab bar.

Private above-ground swimming pool 6x4m, depth 1.2m, accessible from 01/05 to 15/10.
All included: reversible air conditioning (2 units in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms), end-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels.
Pets welcome and accepted free of charge (3 dogs on the property).
