You want to discover the techniques essential to the practice of stand up paddle, this activity is made for you.
Discover the sensations of sliding, learn to master your balance, the technique of rowing and turning.
Procedure: Meet at the Pointe Rouge nautical base to get dressed and pick up the equipment, we go to the beach, we will talk to you about the different gestures to adopt.
We get in the water and the instructor will take care of you.
