"Mars à table"

From 4 to 18 October 2025

In Marseille, cuisine is more than just a pleasure for the taste buds, it embodies a cultural heritage, an art of gathering, sharing and opening up to others. From 4 to 18 October, the City of Marseille and the Marseille Convention, Leisure and Visitors Bureau are presenting the autumn edition of the Mars à Table festival. The event invites residents and visitors alike to (re)discover the richness of local and Mediterranean gastronomy, with 80 partner restaurateurs sublimating an emblematic dish: octopus or beef daube.

Estaque district

Saturday 4th October 2025

Venue: Espace Mistral – Estaque beach – 13016 Marseille
From 9.30am to 12pm : rubbish collection and environmental protection awareness campaign
10.30am, 2pm and 3.30pm:guided tour
“Discover the village of l’Estaque” (registration required)
From 10am to 5pm: a range of activities for young and old alike:
Make-up on the theme of the sea
Giant hopscotch and quiz
Fishing for fish
Storytelling
Board games, wooden games
Petanque
Table football
Photo booth to immortalise the day
Music all day long with DJ and brass band

From 12pm: Banquet hosted by S.A.G.E (Chef Loris De Vaucelles)

From 10am to 5pm: Activities for all ages:
