PCO :
The PCO (Professional Congress Organiser) is a congress logistics organiser. It offers a range of services: consulting, management, co-ordination (administrative, financial and logistics role), and budget monitoring for your event.The PCO looks for event sponsors if applicable, and is in charge of marketing the exhibition spaces. It also arranges hotel accommodation for attendees.
DMC :
The DMC (Destination Management Company) is an incoming travel agency generally specialised in business tourism. As such, it has an in-depth knowledge of the country or countries it offers. It manages registrations, accommoda- tion, transport, guides, excursions and setting up signage and staff for the event. The DMC’s role also involves looking for host sites, organising gala evenings and incentive activities.
